  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our opening team at our new outlet in Pavilion Damansara Heights! As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring smooth service and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Recommend dishes and beverages based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
  • Clear and reset tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
  • Answer guest questions about the menu, specials, and the restaurant.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude throughout your shift.
  • Work as part of a team to provide seamless service.
  • Participate in opening team activities and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant/cafe setting (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
  • Positive and outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
  • Speak English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
