  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our finance team and oversee key financial activities within our growing manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, commercial awareness, and leadership capabilities to help drive strategic business decisions and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and review the work of the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial operations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budgets, accounts payable/receivable, expenses, and other financial matters.
  • Support long-term business strategies through data-driven financial insights and reporting.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Coordinate effectively with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster productive internal and external relationships.
  • Solid commercial and business awareness with a strategic mindset.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
