Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Work towards achieving HR KPIs, such as: o Timely and efficient recruitment and hiring o Reduction in employee turnover rate o Employee engagement and retention
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices in all human resources activities.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and support managers in performance management processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in retail industry.
- Mandarin Speaker, Preferably Women
- Based on Retail/Beauty Retail industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
- Strong experience in recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
