Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Work towards achieving HR KPIs, such as: o Timely and efficient recruitment and hiring o Reduction in employee turnover rate o Employee engagement and retention
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a productive and compliant work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices in all human resources activities.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Coordinate and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support managers in performance management processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in retail industry.
  • Mandarin Speaker, Preferably Women
  • Based on Retail/Beauty Retail industry is a plus
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills.
  • Strong experience in recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
