  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

As our IT Presentation & Deck Specialist, you’ll work closely with IT leaders and project managers to create consultant-quality decks that highlight key initiatives, milestones, outcomes, and value delivered. Your work will support senior-level communication and decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather key content and translate it into structured, impactful presentations.
  • Design high-quality PowerPoint decks that are both visually polished and strategically clear.
  • Simplify and visualize complex technical topics for non-technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with corporate standards.
  • Support CIO-level storytelling, quarterly updates, and strategic reviews.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience building consulting-style presentations (Big 4 or in-house strategy teams is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of IT functions and project lifecycles (e.g., infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation).
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think critically, structure narratives, and distill complex topics into key messages.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with PMO reporting, dashboards, or executive scorecards.
  • Experience working with CIOs or senior IT leadership.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
