Salary: RM3,000 - RM10,000 + Commission
Location: SUITE 19-3 Level 19 Tower A Plaza 33, No 1 Jalan Kemajuan, Seksyen 14, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Friday (Flexible)
1) Engage with clients to understand their financial needs, goals, and concerns.
2) Provide professional advice on life insurance, takaful, and investment products tailored to individual needs.
3) Design customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals.
4) Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
5) Communicate the value of AIA's financial products and solutions to meet client needs.
6) Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
7) Identify and secure new leads through multiple channels, including TikTok (live and ads), Instagram, Facebook, referrals, and networking events.
8) Organize and host seminars, workshops, or webinars to educate potential clients on financial planning.
9) Utilize creative digital marketing strategies to increase reach and influence.
10) Ensure smooth processing of policy issuance and provide regular updates to clients on application statuses.
11) Offer follow-up services, including claim management, policy reviews, and necessary amendments.
12) Be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or additional needs.
13) Adhere to company compliance standards, industry regulations, and established guidelines.
14) Prepare daily sales reports using tools like ALPA Apps and MIRADS System to monitor performance.
15) Follow a structured sales schedule (weekly, monthly, yearly) and strategize to meet individual and agency targets.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Relevant experience in sales, customer service, or financial advisory is an advantage
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Personal Qualities: Motivated, goal-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused
- Comfortable with flexible working hours and engaging in digital marketing activities (including TikTok and social media platforms)
