Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to manage and support various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, training, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a productive and positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s values and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Support HR operations, including employee records management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Support HR reporting and analytics for decision-making and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to support HR strategies that drive company success.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in property development, real estate, or construction.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high proficiency in the English language.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software (ipayroll) and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
