Cafeteria Manager cum Tea Lady

We are currently in search of a dedicated Tea-Lady/Cafeteria Manager to oversee our cafeteria operations and contribute to creating a pleasant dining and break environment for our employees. Role Summary: The Tea-Lady/Cafeteria Manager will be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing the cafeteria services, including food ordering, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness. This role requires a highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our staff. Key Responsibilities: - Order catered food for breakfast and lunch, ensuring a variety of healthy and appealing options for our team. - Maintain accurate book records of food ordered and sold, tracking inventory and managing budget efficiently. - Uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of the canteen area, utilities, toilets, and prayer room, adhering to health and safety standards. - Order and manage F&B requirements for meetings and company events, coordinating with vendors to provide high-quality service. - Maintain coffee dispensing machines and stock, ensuring they are in good working order and supplies are readily available. - Perform any other duties related to the cafeteria and hospitality services as required. Requirements: - Proven experience in cafeteria management, hospitality, or a related field. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Ability to maintain accurate records and manage budgets.
