Responsibilities
- Screen incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
- Perform data entry and update the database system
- Organize travel and accommodation for staff and customers
- Manage general office tasks such as ordering stationery
- Take meeting minutes
- Handle administrative tasks
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
Requirement
- Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other business or professional-related studies
- Preferably with working experience in the manufacturing industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective organizational, stress, and time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field is advantageous
