Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant cum HR Coordinator to support senior leadership while also managing day-to-day human resource functions. This dual-role position requires exceptional multitasking abilities, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of both administrative and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant Duties:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and/or senior leadership.
- Manage CEO meetings and appointments calendar.
- Coordinate CEO travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries , ie. flight booking , visa
- Coordinate with CEO’s and family matters and any ad hoc requests to ensure tasks are completed in timely and accurate manner.
- Manage and handle all aspects of local and overseas confidential correspondences and agreements.
- Act as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, offsites, and board meetings.
Human Resources Duties:
- Assist in the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (e.g., contracts, onboarding materials).
- full spectrum of HR that includes hiring process, employees onboarding/offboarding process, , payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, employees attendance and leaves, and employees insurance.
- Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a similar dual role or as an EA/HR Assistant.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software/tools (e.g., INFOTECH).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Problem-solving attitude and high attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
