  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer with hands-on experience in at least two front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Angular, Flutter, etc. The ideal candidate will understand business requirements and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet industry standards. This role requires strong project management skills, including experience with running Agile scrums, leading a front-end developer team, and mentoring developers. The candidate should be proficient in front-end architecture to design systems for multiple channels like Mobile/IPAD/Web and possess effective communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and Coding:

  • Perform development and coding functions.
  • Conduct code reviews.
  • Lead a team of developers to deliver working solutions with clean architecture and codebases.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with team members to actively communicate requirements and solutions.
  • Escalate bottlenecks and work complications.
  • Document work units and address governance requirements.

Mentorship:

  • Provide motivating mentorship to younger developers.
  • Advocate organizational best practices in the demanding IT landscape.
  • Maintain high standards of coding quality and guide documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in enterprise, regulatory BFSI industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of development experience with React.js, React Native, and JavaScript.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience leading a team of developers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, React Native, Angular, Flutter, etc.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile scrums.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to design front-end systems for multiple channels (Mobile/IPAD/Web).
  • Experience in mentoring developers and advocating best practices.
