  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description & Job Details
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Hours: 9AM - 5.30PM
Location: Unit No. 1G 7th Floor, Worldwide Business Park, Block 2, Jalan Tinju 13/50, Seksyen 13 Shah Alam, 40100, Selangor

1. Promote tuition programs to prospective parents and students, explain course offerings, and convert inquiries into enrolments.
2. Provide friendly and professional assistance to parents and students via phone, WhatsApp, email, or in-person, addressing inquiries and concerns.
3. Regularly follow up with potential leads through calls or messages to boost enrolment numbers.
4. Greet and attend to walk-in customers, conduct centre tours, and provide detailed program information.
5. Handle registration forms, payment processing, attendance tracking, and ensure accurate data entry into the system.
6. Assist with class scheduling, coordinate with teachers and students to manage timetable changes or makeup classes.
7. Gather and report feedback from parents and students to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
8. Assist in local marketing initiatives such as open houses, school visits, and promotional campaigns.
9. Maintain and update student records, payment histories, and communications logs systematically.
10. Work closely with academic staff and the centre team to ensure smooth daily operations and a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

1) Minimum 1 years of Experience in Sales and Customer Service.
