  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with mall management and relevant authorities for the submission and approval of design and technical drawings.
  • Oversee the entire fit-out process in collaboration with the mall’s Fit-Out team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Address and resolve any site-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage the internal coordination of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) drawings, ensuring alignment with project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to verify compliance with mall regulations and safety standards.
  • Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders, including mall representatives, contractors, and consultants.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory guidelines, safety codes, and mall-specific requirements.
  • Oversee the fit-out process from planning to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high design and construction standards.
  • Promote technical collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
  • Take on additional tasks as required to support project success.

Qualifications :

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in fit-out projects specifically within retail or F&B industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders efficiently.
  • Strong ability to coordinate with various teams, clients, and mall management.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Computer literate with strong documentation and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
