1. Administrative Support:

  • Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

2. Communication Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for the MD, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the MD.
  • Draft and proofread communications, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

3. Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Attend meetings with the MD, take notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless meeting logistics.

4. Project Management:

  • Assist the MD in managing key projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Track progress on initiatives and provide regular updates to the MD.

5. Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Maintain discretion in all interactions and communications.

6. Personal Assistance:

  • Provide personal support to the MD as needed, including managing personal appointments, errands, and other tasks.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Application Question(s):

  • 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
