  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for active and motivated candidates for our Asian division in Kuala Lumpur. We would like to see a resultoriented person with good communication skills and ability to work in a team for a Sales and Support specialist position.

Responsibilities:

30% -Support duties

70% - Sales

  • providing support to clients and partners regarding company products and services by dealing with financial and technical questions in chats;
  • sales of company services to active and potential clients;
  • answering to online referrals via phone, email and chat;
  • utilizing CRM system to keep the statuses of the clients updated;
  • preparing instructions for clients and partners.

Requirements:

  • native Bahasa Indonesia, English B1-B2;
  • experience in sales for at least 1 year in FinTech / brokerage / banking sphere would be a great plus;
  • active and positive lifestyle;
  • willingness for a long-term cooperation.
