1. Curriculum Planning & Development

  • Design and develop age-appropriate curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for all age groups (infant, toddler, nursery, preschool).
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with the school’s philosophy, national standards, and latest early childhood education trends.
  • Integrate themes, STEAM elements, play-based learning, and holistic approaches into the curriculum.
  • Review and update academic content periodically to maintain relevance and quality.

2. Teacher Support & Training

  • Provide training and ongoing coaching to teachers on implementing the curriculum effectively.
  • Observe and evaluate teaching practices, offering constructive feedback and support for improvement.
  • Organize workshops or professional development sessions related to pedagogy, classroom management, and child development.

3. Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor the implementation of academic programs across all branches to ensure consistency and high standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits, classroom observations, and evaluations.
  • Develop academic checklists, assessment tools, and documentation methods to track children’s development.

4. Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with principals, head teachers, and branch manager to ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Act as a bridge between the HQ and teaching teams to communicate academic updates and expectations.
  • Assist with planning school events, performances, or academic showcases.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare academic reports for internal review and external stakeholders if needed.
  • Maintain proper records of curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessment results.

6. Innovation & Enrichment

  • Introduce new teaching methods, educational tools, and enrichment programs.
  • Stay updated with early childhood trends and recommend improvements accordingly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
