Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented Customer Account Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts with a focus on ensuring the accuracy of profit and loss, building strong client relationships, preparing insightful reports, and collaborating effectively with internal teams. As an Customer Account Administrator, you’ll enjoy a flexible work environment, with 90% of your time spent working remotely and 10% dedicated to team bonding and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management (Profit and Loss Accuracy):
- Ensure the accuracy of profit and loss statements for each client account, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Monitor and analyze account profitability, ensuring financial targets are being met.
- Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies, track revenue, and manage costs related to client projects.
- Provide clients with clear and accurate financial updates, including profit and loss insights, ensuring full transparency.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services based on client needs and business objectives.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, financial metrics (including profit and loss), and other key deliverables.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, financial trends, and provide insights to clients to optimize strategies.
- Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as the liaison between clients and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, contributing to team success.
