  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Build relationships and attend to customers for bicycle & electric bicycle service and product enquiries, include and not limit to walk-in customers and online customers (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Provide professional consultations to assist customers on technical issues.
  • Providing feedback on technical support service issues and propose prompt and appropriate solutions.
  • Diagnose and conduct repairs and maintenance on bicycle and electric bicycle.
  • Attend to daily operations including product display, stock inventory, etc…
  • Housekeeping; maintain the cleanliness throughout the working platform.
  • Invest in your own career development by attending various training programs and carrying out assignments
  • Assist marketing team in events if needed. (Road shows, trade exhibitions and events)
  • SPM level or above
  • MUST be customer & service orientated, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.

  • Experience working as a Bicycle/Motor Vehicle Mechanic will be an added advantage;
