Supervisor, Parts Warehouse

Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff. • Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts and materials. • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks. • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. • Implement and enforce health and safety procedures. • Train, support, and evaluate team performance. • Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and service departments to meet operational needs. • Ensure timely processing of orders and proper documentation. Qualifications & Experience: • Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or similar role, preferably in a parts or automotive environment. • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Forklift certification is an advantage. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software (e.g., AX systems).
