Farm Operations & Sales Coordinator

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and efficient daily operations of the coconut farm by coordinating harvest data, fertiliser tracking, sales activities, and reporting. Acts as the key liaison between the farm site and HQ, supporting both operational and commercial functions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinate sales of harvested coconuts and update transaction logs 2. Conduct regular stock takes aligned with the coconut harvest cycle 3. Record and monitor daily coconut harvest volumes by operational zone 4. Maintain accurate records of fertiliser usage and farm input data 5. Track and manage inventory of farm materials, including fertilisers, enzymes, and related inputs 6. Prepare and submit weekly operational reports to HQ 7. Work closely with the on-site operations team to ensure efficiency and issue resolution 8. Ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation across all activities Requirements: • Recommended Certificate / diploma or higher in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field • Experience in farm operations, data entry, or sales coordination preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel • Strong communication and organizational skills • Able to work independently and meet deadlines • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) • Must be based in Tanjung Karang
