  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for sales order (receive & process sales order, issue sales invoices & delivery orders etc.) to delivery arrangement (booking transportation etc.).
  • Coordinate with cross functional departments (Production, Sales etc.) to ensure smoothness of sales order processing.
  • Follow-up with Sales Team on customer queries, complaints, pricing, services, and update shipment status continuously.
  • ⁠Maintaining proper records and filing of all sales documentation, includes quotations, invoice, etc.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records/ database/ reports.
  • ⁠Support sales department in other administrative tasks, as required.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required by superior.

  • Minimum SPM/ STPM, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Malay, Mandarin (will be added advantage)
  • Ability to solve problems, take initiative & plan the tasks
  • Hardworking with strong initiative
