- Prepare agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and internal departments, ensuring effective and timely communication.

- Handle inquiries, ensuring efficient responses and appropriate resolution of issues.
- Support senior management on specific projects including market research, competitor analysis, and preparation of strategic presentations.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, ordering, and restocking as necessary.
- Facilitate internal communication regarding product launches, promotions, and technical updates.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages advantageous).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to multitask effectively.
