  • Handle invoicing, billing, and payment follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain proper documentation for finance and audit purposes.
  • Assist in monthly closing and basic account reconciliation.
  • Manage filing, scanning, and administrative tasks related to accounts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments as needed.
  • Support ad-hoc finance and administrative duties.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Location: Seksyen 19, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Admin Account to support our day-to-day accounting and administrative operations.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to manage documents, handle basic financial transactions, and support the finance and operations teams efficiently.
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates in the relevant field are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with basic accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
