1. To assist the Director of Supply Chain & Senior Manager – Supply Chain in all matters. 2. To check on email / system / module on purchase requisition raised from requestor and with complete details. 3. Issuing Purchase Order (and Stock Transfer Form) in required format and ensuring the Purchase Order (and Stock Transfer Form) confirms received by supplier. 4. 4. To liaise with internal departments of ASB & ASWK- Kuching on purchase required and to proceed on purchase requisition key in and PO issuing. 5. To create new coding systems as per dictionary for request. 6. Assist in sourcing and communication with suppliers where necessary. 7. Follow up with supplier on delivery and invoice where necessary. 8. Responsible for receiving / reviewing all external providers’ invoices in order and updating against purchase order. 9. Responsible for the purchase order documentation, checking files and retrieving documents including subsidiaries companies. 10. Understand and comply with ISO 37001:2016 ABMS requirements. 11. To carry out all other tasks assigned.
