- Open to Fresh Graduates – SPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency – Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading and speaking).
- Customer Service Experience – Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer operations.
- Strong Communication Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Shift Flexibility – Willingness to work on rotational shifts; no midnight shifts required.
- Work Schedule – 5 working days per week.
- Language Proficiency – Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading and speaking).
