  • Language Proficiency – Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English (reading and speaking).
  • Customer Service Experience – Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Basic Computer Skills – Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer operations.
  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Shift Flexibility – Willingness to work on rotational shifts; no midnight shifts required.
  • Work Schedule – 5 working days per week.
