JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WAREHOUSE:

• Taking inventory of goods in store to outlets

• Labeling barcodes

• Packing stocks

• Arrange stocks to the racks

• Handle all stocks issues (stock count, stock arrangement, price tag, shipments, stock transfer etc.)

• Monitor and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products.

• Manage all administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, such as documentations and reporting.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational goals.

• Liase with Directors & HQ for inventory issues.

OPERATION:

• Shooting Campaign arrangement (Booking/make sure the campaign running smoothly)

• Strong handling skills and communication skills to handle all emergency issues including all HQ, Office and Outlets issues.

• Manage all front and backend controls (Website/Live/Facebook/IG etc.)

• Manage all online and retail outlets operation.

• Conduct customer services in all platform and retail outlets.

• Handle all outlets and online customers’ issues.

• Clarify all the procedures and rules and regulations of outlets.

• Manage and monitor all outlets daily sales collection.

• Handle and solve sales problems.

• Manage orders arrangement and order system.

• Manage all administrative tasks related to operations, such as documentations and reporting.

• Ensure all outlets operation running smoothly.

• Deal with outlets staffs issues and report to related department.

• Collaborate with other departments to support overall operational goals.

• Liase with Directors & HQ for operation issues.

• Finish the tasks assigned by Directors and HQ.

WORKING LOCATION : Kepong

  • Possess Diploma/ Degree in any related field.
  • 1-2 years working experience in retail environment
  • Good communication, leadership & analytical skills.
  • Self initiative, open minded, independent, and flexible.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both oral and written.
  • Experience in visual merchandising will be added advantages.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to assigned area or outlets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated.
  • Fresh graduate with passion in fashion retail industry are also encouraged to apply.
