The roles and responsibilities of this position is to assist in or carry out independently the duties as required by Robust HPC Sdn Bhd that may cover the following areas:
• Preparation of full set account;
• Work closely with auditors to close company accounts annually.
• Handle project invoicing, claims, supplier payments and customer payment;
• Liaison with suppliers for Request for Quotation, placing order, warranty claims, etc;
• Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents;
• Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management and staff;
• Information research and compilation;
• Directors with personal and business tasks;
• Any ad-hoc task when assigned.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in read, write and speak in Mandarin for handling invoice and documentation tasks is required.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
