Full job description WE’RE HIRING: Transfer Pricing Lead Location: The Horizon, Bangsar South City, Kuala Lumpur Industry: Oil & Gas (Shared Services) Working Hours: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Contract Duration: Until 31st Jan 2026 (via PERSOLKELLY – no extension) Salary: RM15,300 – RM17,000 (based on experience & qualifications) About the Role Are you a Transfer Pricing expert ready to lead complex projects and influence global tax strategy? This role puts you at the forefront of policy management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic transformation initiatives. You'll handle escalated operational issues and be the go-to person for technical guidance and compliance in a shared services environment. The Transfer Pricing Lead will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of transfer pricing compliance, planning, and documentation for a multinational company. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global transfer pricing regulations and develop strategies to optimize the company's transfer pricing arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transfer pricing, tax law, and international finance, with excellent analytical and communication skills. What You'll Do Lead medium-to-high complexity transfer pricing projects Prepare & review transfer pricing documentation Ensure compliance with global & local TP policies Partner with Tax, Finance & external advisors Recommend and implement TP methodologies Manage intercompany agreements Lead communication with in-country advisors Drive continuous improvement in processes & controls Support business transformation and training efforts Key Challenges Keeping pace with evolving tax laws & business changes Navigating stakeholder networks across regions & time zones Aligning local requirements with global standards Managing data, systems, and cross-functional processes Who We’re Looking For Degree in Economics, Accountancy, or similar (tax qualification a plus!) 6–8 years' solid experience in Transfer Pricing Strong stakeholder management skills Big 4 background = added advantage Familiarity with SAP, IFRS, Power BI & collaboration tools Excellent communication & reporting skills Analytical thinker with strategic mindset How to Apply?
