Job Description: The Building Management System (BMS) Project Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of BMS projects. This role involves overseeing the procurement, installation and commissioning that control and monitor a building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure to ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective operations. You will work closely with application, commissioning and service teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, in good quality and within budget. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology and contribute to the growth and success of our company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders. 2. Develop Construction Method Statement (CMS), Method of Statement (MOS) and all necessary documents to support site activities. 3. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to procure materials and resources necessary for project implementation. 4. Attending regular site & coordination meetings with General Contractors (GC) and other services sub-contractors. 5. Work closely with QA/QC team to ensure material on-site and work done are being inspected by GC. 6. Oversee onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements 7. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues. 8. Responsible for testing and commissioning, such as point-to-point test and instruments functionality. 9. Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering challenges and optimize project performance. 10. Prepare and deliver project status reports and presentations to senior management and clients. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field with experiences in relevant field. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply. 2. Diploma holders of similar engineering background/experiences of more than 3 years will also be considered. 3. Proven experience in project management, advantage for those with critical facilities experience. 4. Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project 5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers. 5. Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance. 6.
