We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Marketing Strategist to develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies that drive online sales, customer acquisition, and long-term brand loyalty. This role requires expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, marketing automation, and customer retention strategies. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and strategic, with a strong understanding of CRM tools and data-driven decision-making. Role & Responsibilities : 1. Strategy & Planning- Develop and execute data-driven e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost revenue. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts. Plan and manage promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and retention initiatives to improve customer lifetime value (CLV). 2. Customer Retention & CRM-Develop and manage customer retention strategies through personalized marketing, loyalty programs, and engagement campaigns. Leverage customer data to implement strategies that increase repeat purchases and improve customer experience. 3. Marketing Automation & Email Marketing-Design and execute automated marketing workflows, including email sequences, abandoned cart reminders, and re-engagement campaigns. Optimize lifecycle marketing strategies through segmentation, A/B testing, and personalized content. Implement AI-driven automation tools to enhance customer interactions and improve conversion rates. 4. Digital Markeating & Advertising-Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopee/Lazada Ads) to maximum return on ad spend (ROAS). Optimize SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings. 5. E-Commerce Management-Oversee e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify) and ensure seamless shopping experiences. Monitor and analyze store performance, conversion rates, and customer journey insights to identify optimization opportunities. Implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and boost sales. 6. Data & Performance Analysis-Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CLV, and churn rate. Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, CRM dashboards) to optimize campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on customer data and behavioral patterns. Functional Competencies : 1. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify). 2. Expertise in CRM tools (Mailchimp) and marketing automation platforms. 3. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms. 4. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions. Academic Qualifications : 1. Degree in Marketing / Communications or equivalent. Experience : 1. Experience in e-commerce marketing, digital advertising, customer relation, or CRM management. 2. Experience in email marketing, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing. 3. At least 2-3 years of working experience in marketing and communications.
