  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for Network Engineer with good technical capabilities in supporting and maintaining REDtone services. You are responsible to implement best practices, automate tasks and to ensure uninterrupted network/system services. You will be working closely with other operations teams to facilitate network delivery Duties and responsibilities • Provide network requirement details for the system to be established. • Configure, operate and maintain network devices and firewalls using industrial standard criteria • Review new solutions and improve resilience of the current network environment • Prepare reports and documentations of on-going tasks and on effort done and changes introduced. • Monitors the hardware to ensure it is properly maintained. • Monitor network performance and maintain according to the agreed SLA. • Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendor. • Performs related work as required. Qualifications and requirements • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • Knowledge and hands-on experience of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, HTTP, VLAN, VPN etc. • Related network certification such as CCNA, CCNP, ACSA, HCNA will be added advantage. • Knowledgeable on Cloud Solutions (e.g. Azure, AWS) will be added advantage. • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. • Good technical, analytical, communication and inter-personal skills • Able to prioritize and execute task in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work in team-oriented, collaborative environment Skills and experience • Willing to travel & posses own transport • Willing to work at customer premise or sites • Able to work and be on standby around the clock • Knowledge in LAN, wireless technology, internet services, hands-on experience on wireless devices, • broadband routers, cisco routers/switches, firewall is additional advantage • Training will be provided
