Operation Technician

Key Responsibilities: • Handle daily operation activities such as order processing, system updates, and transaction tracking. • Perform inbound screening and basic inspection on received units to ensure quality and accuracy. • Support daily receiving and shipping processes, including documentation and coordination with relevant teams. • Conduct cycle counts and support stock reconciliation to ensure accurate inventory levels. • Maintain and update internal trackers and logs using Microsoft Excel or internal systems. • Communicate with relevant internal/external teams (e.g., operation, customer, logistics, planning, warehouse) to follow up or request updates on order or shipment statuses. • Ensure warehouse and workstation areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards. • Identify and report any operational or inventory issues in a timely manner. • Work closely with the team while also being able to operate independently and take initiative. Requirements: • Minimum SPM or equivalent; Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is an advantage. • 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or warehouse support preferred. • Proficient in basic PC skills, especially Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, filtering). • Able to maintain accurate tracking and records for operational and warehouse activities. • Strong initiative, responsibility, and commitment to assigned tasks. • Comfortable with interacting across departments to ensure task completion and status clarity. • Physically fit and comfortable performing hands-on tasks (e.g., unpacking, labeling, counting). • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
