  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

With Sham Poliklinik Sdn Bhd going from strength to strength, we now have an exciting opportunity for experienced, capable, friendly and passionate Clinic Assistants. With a focus on creating an inviting and engaging candidate experience, you will help drive growth across our clinical operation functions.

Clinic Assistants are healthcare providers who assists medical professionals in our primary care facilities with patient management, basic diagnostic tests, and record keeping. They are crucial in creating positive patient experience and ensuring seamless flow of the clinical operations.

The successful candidates will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in related fields.
  • Proven ability in good public relations skill, to work in teams and in shifts.
  • Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English language is essential, as are time management and organization skills.
  • Additional specialization and skills in related fields is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in any shifts: Morning, Afternoon and Evening. (Operating Hours: 8.30 am - 9.00 pm)
  • Experience with clinical procedures and knowledge of healthcare practices, standards and medical terminology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to assist and reassure patients.
  • Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks as directed by healthcare professionals.

  • Kajang Branch (Sg. Ramal)
  • Bandar Baru Bangi Branch (Sg. Merab)

Salary:

  • Negotiable depending on experience.
