  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary: Supply Chain Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support various supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment. Your contributions will help ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. If you are organized, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn about the supply chain process, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining inventory levels to ensure stock availability and minimize shortages. Monitor stock movements, perform regular inventory audits, and report discrepancies.
  • Order Processing: Support the processing and fulfillment of orders, ensuring that products are delivered on time and in full. Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Procurement Support: Assist the procurement team with vendor communication, purchase orders, and order follow-ups. Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure smooth transportation of goods, including shipment tracking, scheduling deliveries, and handling documentation.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities. Assist in generating reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and supplier performance.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all supply chain processes comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all transactions, shipments, and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in supply chain, logistics, or related fields is a plus.
  • Entry-level candidates with relevant academic experience are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
