  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and efficiency
  • Provide information about products, services, or bookings as required
  • Schedule and manage customer appointments or service bookings
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and services are completed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
