We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service through phone interactions, managing inquiries, and assisting with bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with patience and efficiency
- Provide information about products, services, or bookings as required
- Schedule and manage customer appointments or service bookings
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and services are completed

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
