Job Description
1. Tracking customer experiences across online and offline channels.
2. Respond to customer queries promptly and effectively via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
3. Documenting processes as well as customer compliments and complaints.
4. Liaise with internal teams to ensure that gaps in the customer experience are plugged.
5. This is more than just customer service! You will be continuously adding value and finding ways to surprise and delight customers
