Job Description:
- Assist the sourcing and procurement team with daily administrative tasks
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documents,
- Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and order tracking.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues.
- Respond to inquiries form suppliers and internal stake holders promptly and professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls and visits with suppliers.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, including order status, delivery timeliness, and supplier performance.
- Ensure accurate documentation and filing of procurement related documents.
