Job Description:

  • Assist the sourcing and procurement team with daily administrative tasks
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts and other procurement documents,
  • Maintain and update procurement records, including supplier information and order tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues.
  • Respond to inquiries form suppliers and internal stake holders promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls and visits with suppliers.
  • Generate reports on procurement activities, including order status, delivery timeliness, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and filing of procurement related documents.
