  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Manage the overall warehouse and transport operations for greater efficiency, in accordance with the company policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities :

  • Manage the warehouse and transport operations to ensure smooth daily operations and in accordance with company policies, system and related regulations.
  • Analyse warehouse and delivery routing data to identify the opportunities of optimization and cost reduction.
  • Ensure warehouse storage facilities, equipment, tools, and vehicles are in working good condition and well maintained.
  • To monitor and report warehouse and transportation performance metric.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of safety procedures, housekeeping practices in warehouse and transport operations.
  • Implement contingency plans to address the issue of emergencies related to cold storage facilities and vehicles.
  • Coach, support, develop and motivate team to maintain high morale, uplift results and performance.
  • Establish professional and harmonious working relationships with both internal and external stake holders.
  • Establish procedures and records to facilitate operation and historical tracking of warehouse and transport operations with respect to related policies and sustainability.
  • Develop and continuously improve performance of warehouse, transport and team in area of safety, quality, cost and operation efficiency.

Job Qualifications :

  • Diploma/ degree in Supply Chain/Warehouse/ Logistics Management/ Business or any related fields.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse/ transportation management experience preferably in food industry.
  • Independent with strong leadership, analytical and problems solving skills.
  • Good written & verbal communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess energetic positive attitude, initiative and attentive to details.
  • Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office application and knowledge in WMS system will be an added advantage.

Benefits :

  • Basic salary range RM5,000 – RM6,000 based on experience
  • Medical outpatient include dental RM800 per year
  • Group insurance

Working Hour :

Monday to Friday (830am-530pm)

Work Location:
Gongga Food Sdn Bhd (17, Jalan Lambak, Perindustrian, Taman Johor, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
