Job Responsibilities:-

Human Resource:

  • Assist in recruitment activities: job posting, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave tracking systems.
  • Support employee relations and help resolve HR-related queries.
  • Assist in performance review and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and administrative procurement processes.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
  • Organize internal meetings, events, and scheduling.
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR and/or administrative roles.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision
  • Good management and communication skills
  • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft or WBS Office
  • Discreet with sensitive information and strong attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Human Resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human Resources Management: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
