Job Summary
The Human Resources and Admin Specialist will play a key role in supporting the HR Admin department by handling various HR & administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
Duties
- Provide administrative support to the HR Admin team
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate HR projects such as employee engagement initiatives and training and development programs
- Handle employee inquiries and provide necessary information or assistance
- Assist in organizing HR events and meetings
- Conduct data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Support front desk operations when needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business studies or equivalent
- Preferred 1-2 years working experience in relate field (Fresh graduate will be considered)
- Ability to provide executive administrative support
- Pay attention to details
- Good communication skill and able to communicate with all levels
- Willing to learn with good working attitude
