  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Assist in the allocation of work to contractors and subcontractors to support efficient workflow.
  • Participate in risk assessments to help ensure workplace safety is maintained on site.
  • Support communication between the project team, contractors, and subcontractors regarding cost estimates and changes.
  • Assist in negotiations by gathering relevant data and preparing documentation to support decision-making.
  • Help monitor project scope to ensure deliverables are on track and aligned with project objectives.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to Quantity Surveyors and the wider project team.
  • Track project costs and expenditures under guidance to ensure alignment with budget and contract requirements.
  • Ensure documentation complies with industry standards and internal processes.
  • Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and suggest improvements where possible to enhance project value.
  • Contribute to the preparation of tender and contract documents according to building and construction guidelines.
  • Provide support in handling contractual claims and variations as directed by senior staff.

Job Requirement & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar. 1 years' experience in building construction
  • Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Sound knowledge of construction
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize
  • Able to work in Glenmarie Shah Alam

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Quantity Surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
