Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, curious, and passionate Supply Chain Operations Intern to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Malaysia Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘Barista Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Key-In weekly ordering for franchise outlet.
  • Monitor and update any changes on packaging, SKU code and price list for franchise from

Production, Warehouse & Finance team.

  • Monitor and update any whitelist at 3PL portal.
  • Follow up on any damage, items not received and delivery issue for franchise outlet.
  • Liaise and work closely with Franchise, Warehouse, Production and Finance department.
  • Verified on monthly ordering from Finance & Costing department for billing/invoice process.
  • Assist Franchise department on any ad-hoc issue.
  • Issue Purchase Requisition for non-inventory items.
  • Will assist with any related operations request.

Your Ingredients

  • Preferably having a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in

Finance/Accountancy/Business Studies/ Administration/Economics or equivalent

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that maintain excellent relationships and credibility
