About the role:

The Property Administration Support Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for property operations, focusing on maintaining accurate tenancy records, managing rent collection processes, and general administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Record Management: Maintain and update accurate and organized records of all tenancies, including lease agreements, tenant contact information, and related documentation.
  • Rent Collection: Manage the rent collection process, including issuing invoices or reminders, processing payments, tracking outstanding balances, and generating relevant reports.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing correspondence (emails, letters), handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Documentation and Filing: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems for property-related documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Accurately input data into relevant databases and generate administrative reports as required.
  • Communication: Liaise with tenants and internal teams on administrative matters, providing clear and professional communication.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer software and applications effectively for record-keeping, communication, and generating reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Basic understanding of record-keeping principles.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
