Description of Responsibilities and Duties 1. Responsible on shipments, ensure shipment on time by coordinating with forwarder, customer, supplier for import and export, domestic, and cross trade country shipments, including creating shipping documents, custom declaration and in/out from bonded warehouse 2. Familiar with Incoterm application, LMW Exemption and others customs regulation 3. Responsible to verify and cross-check details on airway bill, bill of lading, custom form etc. 4. Arrange shipments according to requirements and liaise with the internal department to ensure shipments are being handled promptly and delivered on-time. 5. Responsible for smooth handling of supply and logistics matters in daily operation. 6. Responsible for receiving and issuing goods from supplier and to end user. 7. Monitoring and ensure all the stock physical is tally with the system SAP. 8. To enhance stock accuracy by conducting monthly cycle count and annual stock take with complete analysis. 9. To manage and monitor the entire warehouse and logistic operation to ensure optimum safety and quality standard with minimum/effective cost of operation. 10. Attend to internal & principal enquiries and correspondence 11. Undertake any other duties assigned by superior from time to time. 3.
