KEY DUTIES
- Creating and updating technical documentation and manuals Provide timely and accurate feedback to customer and improve customer satisfaction
- Generate and follow standard procedure
- Explore and escalate unresolved issue to appropriate internal teams and procedure.
- Provide training and supporting to customers, dealers and internal staff
- Testing and evaluating new components and parts
- Lead and guide a team of staff
- Special assignment or projects handling
- Maintain clean and tidy workplace
QUALIFICATION
- SPM/SPMV, MLVK, KKTM, IKM, Diploma or equivalent
COMPETENCIES/ SKILLS
1) 4-6 Years working experience as a technical support/supervisor
2) Computer literate.
3) Able to work independently
4) Interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
