Qualifications:
- Preferably HR or Psychology diploma/degree holder, Business course students are also acceptable
- 2-5 years relavent experienced prefered, although fresh graduates are also welcomed. Job title offered will be based on relavent experience.

Skills required after training:
- Understanding on Malaysian Employment Act
- Understanding on TP HR policies & SOPs
- Familiarity with TP database & HR Software
- Employee data sensitivity
- Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations
- HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
- Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
- End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration
- Leave & Medical Benefits Management
- Expatriate contract renewal administration
- Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for HR continuous improvements
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management
- Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records
- Provide administrative support for HR automation projects
- Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
