Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for various day-to-day HR Center of Excellance operations
  • HR C&B Partner to employees and department stakeholders for HR issue resolution and C&B initiatives.
  • Attend to employees' HR-related enquiries relative to standard HR policies through HR supporting channels such as face-to-face interaction, emails & HR Helpdesk platform.
  • End-to-end administration of employee job movement & compensation package calibration
  • Leave & Medical Benefits Management
  • Expatriate contract renewal administration
  • Analyze trends and data reporting to develop solutions & policies for HR continuous improvements
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and exit management
  • Maintenance of company personnel files (P-files) and records
  • Provide administrative support for HR automation projects
  • Participate and/or support other ad-hoc tasks/projects upon request.
