We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Sales Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, and maintaining accurate records. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales operations and client management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and processing sales quotations using Salesforce.
  • Generate and manage sales-related documents such as quotations, invoices, purchase orders, payment records, and account receivables.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance and Sales teams) to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Handle administrative tasks across sales-related platforms and tools.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule:
