Key Responsibilities:
Outlet Administration:
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations, including maintaining outlet supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the outlet environment.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for outlet maintenance and repairs.
Documentation & Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outlet documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Organize and manage filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval of information.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Communication & Coordination:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for management and staff.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
Procurement & Inventory Management:
- Manage procurement of outlet supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Track inventory levels and maintain an efficient stock management system.
- Liaise with suppliers and negotiate terms to optimize procurement processes.
Support for Administrative Projects:
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other corporate activities.
- Support HR and finance teams with administrative tasks, such as onboarding new hires and processing invoices.
- Handle travel arrangements for employees, including bookings and itinerary management.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
- Assist in updating and enforcing office policies to promote a productive work environment.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare administrative reports and presentations as required by management.
- Provide updates on administrative expenses and suggest cost-saving measures.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support and align operations with company objectives.
- Support the General Manager – DeMi Coffee Division in executing administrative initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff to ensure effective communication and task follow-ups.

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month
