Strong understanding of the full HR spectrum including recruitment, payroll, training, and performance management. Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
