Job Summary:
The IT Manager is a key driver in optimizing enterprise technology, ensuring seamless operation of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and integrated IT applications. This role combines technical expertise with user-centric support to enhance business efficiency, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. You will troubleshoot complex issues, streamline workflows, and empower users through training and documentation, directly contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
ERP System Management & Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ERP system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support across all organizational levels.
- Manage ERP security protocols, including user access controls, role assignments, and compliance with standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
- Oversee data conversion, migration, and database schema management (e.g., SQL) to ensure data integrity and performance optimization.
- Test and deploy ERP system upgrades, patches, and integrations with third-party tools (e.g., CRM, HRIS).
Application Support & Automation
- Provide first-line support for assigned IT applications, resolving incidents and escalating complex issues to vendors when necessary.
- Design and implement automated workflows using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or scripting languages (e.g., Python) to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics aligned with business needs.
Project Collaboration & Implementation
- Partner with cross-functional teams on ERP/IT project lifecycles, including requirements gathering, system design, testing (UAT), and deployment.
- Support future IT rollouts (e.g., cloud migrations, new modules) by contributing to planning, training, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain user guides, process manuals, and knowledge base articles for ERP systems and applications.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance end-user proficiency and adoption of technology solutions.
Compliance & Best Practices
- Monitor system performance, conduct audits, and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure uptime and data security.
- Stay updated on ERP trends, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field. ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate, Oracle NetSuite) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in ERP support/administration, preferably with hands-on experience.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and ERP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain).
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools, scripting, and ITIL framework.
- Knowledge of integration APIs and cloud-based ERP solutions.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
