Responsibilities
- Handle pre- and post-online booking inquiries, general questions, escalation support, and booking amendments/cancellations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing accurate information and timely support
- Collaborate with the team to meet KPI targets and service level agreements (SLA)
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers across various channels (email, phone, chat, etc.)
- Address and resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
- Share insights and provide feedback to improve the overall customer service process
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and deliver a professional support experience at all times.
Minimum qualification:
- High School certificate or equivalent
- Proficiency in Korean and English is required (both spoken and written)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – a full training program will be provided
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts (each shift is 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break)
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service and eager to learn
